Case IH engineers designed the next-generation Steiger® and Quadtrac® tractors using input from customers and Case IH dealers. The result is a line of high-horsepower tractors that lead the industry and fulfill your 4WD wish list:
Efficient power transfer. The center-pull drawbar and tri-point oscillation design efficiently transfers engine horsepower into pulling power. Unlike competitive units with drawbars mounted much farther behind the articulation joint, the drawbar of a Steiger or Quadtrac tractor transfers the force applied to the drawbar by an implement directly through the virtual center of the rear chasis to the articulation joint. Tri-point oscillation transfers dynamic loads to the front frame to maintain stability.
