Turn key projects

Originally organised for the set up of our dealer infrastructure in Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan ( offices, showrooms, parts storage, workshops, ...) the IPC turn-key activity has developed to become a separate department and profit center after having completed several projects for the group. It has proven its know how and competitiveness by winning important tenders and managing successfully numerous projects.

Though we generally work as sole general contractor, we also participate in groups and Joint ventures created for specific large projects such as the for the bridges on the new Ashgabat – Mary highway.

Based on the close co-operation with engineering companies, process equipment manufacturers, construction companies , we have successfully completed contracts like a water pumping station for the municipality of Ashgabat, and have been awarded significant projects like the construction of buildings for grain mills and shopping malls.

Staff of experienced engineers and managers located on site and/or in Europe  ensure optimal planning and control of all project phases, from basic engineering to procurement, construction, assembly and start up.
